اطلقت اللجنة التاسيسية والنخبة الوطنية أهداف المبادرة اليمنية للمصالحة الوطنية الشاملة في اللغة العربية والإنجليزية وتعتبر المبادرة اليمنية للمصالحة الوطنية الشاملة مشروعا سياسيا يهدف إلى استعادة حالة السلم والسلام وامن الدولة والحفاظ على الاستقرار السياسي من جهة اخرى
وتضمنت أهداف المبادرة “14”هدف
دعت فيها إلي تحقيق المصالحة الوطنية بين أطياف ومكونات الشعب اليمني بأعتبارها حلآ استراتيجيا وصيغة انقاذ وتسوية تاريخية تلبي طموحات اليمنيين وتحقق ألعدالة بما يضمن وحدتهم والعيش في سلام
“نص لأهداف ”
1_تحقيق المصالحة الوطنية بين أطياف ومكونات الشعب اليمني باعتبارها حلاً استراتيجيا ، وصيغة إنقاذ وتسوية تأريخية تلبي طموحات اليمنيين وتحقق العدالة بما يضمن وحدتهم والعيش بسلام .
2 _ إنهاء الحرب، وتحقيق سلام دائم وشامل وحل الأزمة اليمنية عن طريق الحوار بدلا من العمليات العسكرية.
3_استعادة العملية السياسية السلمية ، وتحقيق تسوية سياسية تفاوضية عن طريق حوار يضم كل أطراف الصراع.
4_ الإسهام الفعال في تحقيق وحماية الأمن والإستقرار والسلام على المستوى الوطني والإقليمي والدولي.
5_ خلق شراكة مع كافة القوى الفاعلة في المجتمع المدني بكل أطيافه ومؤسساته لبلورة رؤية واضحة حول المصالحة الوطنية وجعلها مطلباً جماهيرياً.
6_ إعادة بناء الثقة وتضيق فجوة الخلافات بين أطراف الصراع وتقريب وجهات النظر وحثهم على تقديم تنازلات
7_معالجة الأزمة الإنسانية بصورة عاجلة والحد من معاناة اليمنيين ،من خلال دفع رواتب الموظفين وتزويد النازحين والمتضررين بالمواد الإغاثية كالغذاء والدواء والسكن وغيرها.
8_إيجاد حلول عاجلة وناجحة لإيقاف التدهور الإقتصادي الحاد والإنهيار المتسارع لسعر العملة اليمنية.والعمل علىتحقيق حركة اقتصادية وتنمية اجتماعية مستدامة
9_إعادة بناء ما دمرته الحرب والحفاظ على ما تبقى من البنية التحتية للبلاد.
10_ إرساء مفاهيم الديمقراطية والعدالة الإجتماعية وقيم الحريات والحقوق والمساواة، واحترام سيادة القانون كقواعد ومرتكزات هامة للتعايش.
11_ رفض ومواجهة الإرهاب و العنف بكل صوره و أشكاله، وتجريم استخدامهما للوصول لأي مكاسب سياسية.
12_ترسيخ قيم ومبادئ التعددية السياسية ، وأخلاقيات السلام والتعايش في مواجهة ما أفرزتة الحرب من المفاهيم المؤسسة لإقصاء الآخر.
13 _ الحفاظ على وحدة اليمن وسيادتها وسلامة أراضيها، وتدعيم مشروع الدولة كمؤسسة وطنية تحفظ مصالح الشعب وتصون حقوقه وحرياته ومكتسباته .
14_ احترام مواثيق الأمم المتحدة ، والالتزام بالمعاهدات والاتفاقيات الدولية التي تكون اليمن طرفا فيها، وبناء علاقات خارجية نِدِّية مع مختلف دول العالم قائمة على المصالح المتبادلة، واحترام السيادة الوطنية وعدم التدخل في الشئون الداخلية .
The Yemeni Initiative for Comprehensive National Reconciliation
Mission statement
The Yemeni Initiative for national reconciliation is a political project aims to restore the state of peace and security in the state on one hand, and to maintain the political stability on the other hand.
Our Objectives
1_Achieving the comprehensive national reconciliation among the various factions and components of the Yemeni people as a strategic solution and a historical rescue settlement that meet their aspirations, promote justice and ensure their unity and their peaceful coexistence.
2_ Ending the war, achieving a comprehensive and lasting peace and resolving the Yemeni crisis through dialogue instead of military means.
3 _ To restore the peaceful political process and to achieve a renegotiated political settlement through dialogue involving all parties to the conflict.
4_ To contribute effectively to the achievement and protection the security, stability and peace at national, regional and international levels.
5_ The creation of partnership with all sectors and institutions of civil society forces for a clear vision of national reconciliation and making it a popular demand.
6_ To rebuild the confidence, narrow the gap between the parties to the conflict by bringing their views closer and urging them to make concessions.
7_ Addressing the humanitarian crisis urgently and reducing of Yemenis suffering through payment of staff salaries and providing relief items such as food,medicine,and shelter to the displaced and other war_affected
8_ To find urgent solutions to stop the sharp economic deterioration and collapse of the Yemeni currency and achieving an economic movement and a lasting social development
9_ Rebuilding infrastructure destroyed by the war and to maintain what remain
10_To establish the concepts of democracy, equal citizenship, social justice, freedoms, rights and, and respect for the rule of law as bases and important foundations for coexistence.
11_ To reject and counter terrorism and all forms of violence and to criminalize the use of them for access any political gain
12_Strengthening the values and principles of political pluralism, peace and coexistence in the face of the war concepts established to exclude the other.
13_The maintaining of the unity of Yemen and its legitimacy and territorial integrity and
Strengthening the state project as a national institution that maintain and protect people’s interests, rights freedoms and earnings
14 – Respect the charters of the United Nations, abide by the international treaties and conventions to which Yemen is a party, and build friendly foreign relations with various countries of the world based on mutual interests, respect for national sovereignty and non-interference in internal affairs.
